The Substation Execution Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful execution of engineering projects within the renewable energy space, with a focus on solar, battery storage, and other clean energy solutions. This position reports to the Field Operations Manager III, Substation Execution, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This role will involve managing complex projects from the planning and design phases to construction and completion. The Substation Project Execution Manager will collaborate closely with internal engineering, procurement, logistics, and operational teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This position requires a strong engineering background, hands-on project execution experience, and the ability to navigate the technical, financial, and regulatory challenges associated with renewable energy projects.
This position reports to the Field Operations Manager III, or another management personnel that the CEO may designate. This position is Hybrid, working from home office and Houston, Tx office with travel to project sites. Working hours will depend on project demands. This position is expected to travel up to 20% of the time.
