Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary estimate plan and assess ability to meet RFP dates.
• Independently perform specificity, quantity, and cost takeoff from RFQ information.
• Review available plans and specifications for compliance.
• Manage multiple estimates concurrently.
• Solicit pricing from material vendors and subcontractors.
• Participate in larger estimates and ensure completeness.
• Ensure estimates address potential safety risks.
• Develop project schedules and maintain compliance with client requirements.
