HDR is seeking a Substation Engineering Manager/Team Lead to join a growing Power Delivery team. You will lead the technical team, manage project execution plans, and coordinate quality control to deliver reliable, high‑quality substations.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor‑level electrical engineering degree, 10+ years of experience, and PE licensure or equivalent registration. Travel may be required as you oversee multiple projects and mentor staff in a collaborative, employee‑owned environment.
