PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. is seeking a Substation Design Manager in Katy, Texas.

In this role, you will lead the full substation design process from conception to execution while ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with utility specifications. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with 7-10 years of relevant experience, including significant expertise in utility-scale solar projects.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in electrical or power systems engineering.
• At least 2 years in utility-scale solar or renewable energy project construction.
• Experience with substation testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the substation design process ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate with design teams.
• Provide technical leadership for Protection and Control design.
