Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in utility, substation, and civil site design.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design tasks including site grading and drainage.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor junior engineers.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with codes.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors.
