Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI) is seeking a Civil Engineer focused on structural engineering and site design for substations and power delivery facilities.

The role involves developing design criteria, structural and foundation design, and related civil works. You will work with software tools (Visual Analysis, STAAD.Pro, Risa, LPILE, MFAD, CAISSON, AutoCAD Civil 3D) and may perform project management tasks such as scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering required.
• Knowledge of codes, standards, and design tools essential.
• PE license preferred depending on experience level.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop design criteria, structure and foundation design for substations.
• Perform site civil design including grading, drainage, and access roads.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers and drafters.
• Learn/apply software packages such as Visual Analysis, STAAD.Pro, Risa, LPILE, MFAD, CAISSON.
