Health Connect America, a COA-accredited provider of mental and behavioral health services, seeks a Substance Use Disorder Therapist to join our team. Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, you will help with assessments, facilitate group sessions, and deliver individual and family services for clients in homes, communities, and our offices.

• Master's degree in human services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake screening and assist with assessments.
• Perform and assist with program administrative functions including but not limited to psychosocial assessments and admission documentation, contacts with referral sources and family, urine drug screens, and ensuring authorization with payer sources.
