Make a Difference

Our Behavioral Health Therapists facilitate, monitor, and deliver comprehensive mental health and chemical dependency case management and therapy services. These include assessments, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for adults with addiction or severe mental illness, as well as children with emotional disturbances and their families.

Qualifications and Skills
  • License eligible for LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC in Indiana required.
  • Master’s degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health treatment.
  • Current Indiana Driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
  • Strong communication skills, team collaboration, and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Ability to conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience in providing various mental health interventions, including crisis intervention and family therapy.
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and connect clients with community resources.
  • Willingness to provide services in community settings and transport clients as needed.
  • Participation in quality improvement and professional development activities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological first aid in disaster or critical incidents if trained.
  • Comply with all policies and participate in behavioral management training as required.
