Spring Health is seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Peer Recovery Specialist to provide one-on-one support to individuals, leveraging lived experience to motivate recovery and build personalized plans. This fully remote role reports to the Team Lead and collaborates with clinical teams to ensure comprehensive member care.
The role requires certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist and a minimum of 2 years’ peer support experience, with strong communication and confidentiality.

Reporting to the Team Lead, the Peer Recovery Specialist will work closely with our clinical and support teams to provide personalized support to individuals with Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
This is a fully remote position, from Monday through Friday, with the following required schedule:
12pm - 8pm EST, or the equivalent in your respective time zone (i.e 9am-5pm PST, 10am-6pm MST, 11am-7pm CST).
The target base salary range for this position is $32.00-$37.00 Hourly, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
