Job summary

Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton is seeking a full-time Substance Use Disorder Counselor. You will provide assessment and counseling to residents with SUD, using individual and group therapy, and train staff as needed.

The role is salaried up to $36 per hour with weekly pay. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, Social Work or related field is required, with state licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, counseling, Social Work or related field.
• Preferably licensed to practice in the State (LMHC/LICSW/LSW/ LMFT/ LADC-I).
• Experience in the area of treatment of clients with a substance use disorder.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services to residents via caseload assessments and screenings.
• Conducts crisis/emergency assessment and intervention.
• Develops and implements treatment plans addressing SUD.
• Provides individual and group therapy.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care plan meetings.
• Maintains client records and administrative documentation.
