The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Counselor to provide direct patient care within Substance Dependence Treatment programs. The role involves facilitating care across all levels of care and implementing individualized treatment plans.

The counselor will apply specialized knowledge in chemical dependency education, treatment, and rehabilitation. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with CDCA credentials and relevant experience; a Master's Degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (CDCA recommended).
• CDCA and 3 yrs (fte adjusted) experience for Bachelor's path or CDCA and 1 yr (fte adjusted) experience for Master's path.

Responsabilités

• Direct patient care addressing all aspects of Substance Dependence Treatment.
• Facilitate patient's care across all levels of care and implement treatment plans.
• Apply specialized knowledge in chemical dependency education, treatment, and rehabilitation.
• Some day-to-day decisions require supervision.
