A nonprofit organization in Jacksonville seeks a qualified individual for substance abuse counseling services. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree and have several years of experience in clinical settings. Responsibilities include providing both in-person and telehealth counseling, maintaining accurate client documentation, and linking clients to necessary community resources. This role requires collaboration as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Job Summary: Assess, develop, and provide comprehensive treatment services and plans utilizing evidence based practices for clients in the Substance Abuse Out-Patient Program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Minimum of three to five years of clinical experience working in substance abuse.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Licensed or Licensed Eligible in the State of Florida (LCSW or LMHC) with CAP
