Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Licensed Substance Abuse Professional (LSAP) to join our Community Support Team, providing clinical support, crisis intervention, and evidence-based services to adults with behavioral health needs.
The Licensed Substance Abuse Professional works collaboratively with the CST Team Lead to develop and implement person-centered plans and provide both direct and indirect support services. This role supports adults who meet medical necessity criteria for CST services and requires strong clinical judgment, knowledge of adult mental health, and the ability to engage in supportive counseling and crisis management. The LSAP participates in case consultations, training events, and multidisciplinary meetings to ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented care.
