Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional to join our Community Support Team and provide direct and indirect services to adults with mental health needs. The CST works with a team to plan, coordinate, and monitor services to ensure continuity and quality care.

Responsibilities include developing and monitoring person-centered plans, providing supportive counseling, crisis management, assisting with housing and basic needs, and documenting services in the information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required.
• Two years of experience with the mental health population is required (or four years with a non-human services degree).
