New Season Treatment Centers in Bangor, ME is seeking a Licensed Clinician to supervise and coach a team of Substance Abuse Counselors, working with a collaborative treatment team to meet patients’ clinical needs.

You will handle intakes, progress documentation, and counseling, while ensuring individualized treatment plans and ongoing education for patients. Expect at least 20 hours of direct contact weekly.

For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers has been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality, and best-in-class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").

As a Licensed Clinician, you’ll supervise and coach a team of Substance Abuse Counselors who are eager to learn and grow professionally. You’ll work with a collaborative treatment team consisting of our medical director, program director, counselors, and nurses to identify and meet the patient's clinical needs and assist in their overall well-being.

Essential Functions:

• Work with patients to complete intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
• Document patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.
• Complete patient psychosocial and an individualized treatment plan within the required time frame.
• Identify any clinical/case management needs and work to address those needs.
• Perform individual, group, and family counseling as required.
• Perform at least 20 hours of direct one-on-one patient contact per week through individual and/or group counseling sessions.
• Educate patients in all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
• Obtain Urine Drug Screens and initial patient photo identification.
• Always act in the best interests of the program and company; honor, support, and protect the proprietary data and rights of the company.
