70x7 Wellness Mission in Baltimore is seeking counselors to provide individual and group counseling within a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on structured recovery planning and coordinating with courts, hospitals, and community partners.

The position offers a low-burnout clinical model with opportunities for AI-assisted documentation, clinical support, and reduced administrative burden while enabling meaningful client impact and career growth.

Qualifications

• CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, ADT certifications required or preferred.
• Experience working in SUD treatment is a strong plus.
• Motivated candidates with behavioral health experience will be given strong consideration.
