Job summary

Regard Healthcare is seeking a dedicated counselor to support individuals battling addiction and mental health challenges. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, a Master’s degree is preferred, and CADC or LADC certification is required to practice.

You will conduct individual and group counseling, develop and implement programming based on client needs, apply evidence-based techniques, lead specialty groups when applicable, collaborate with the treatment team, monitor progress, and maintain accurate

• Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or related field.
