Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Everett, WA seeks a Substance Abuse Case Manager to join the PACT team. The role involves leading dual diagnosis groups, individual and group substance use treatment, and collaborative care planning.

The candidate will support adults with severe mental illness, participate in crisis intervention, and work a schedule of Mon-Fri 8am-4pm with rotating weekends and on-call coverage. Bilinguals may receive a 6% salary increase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
• Experience with adults with substance use disorders.
• Ability to develop and facilitate dual diagnosis groups.
• Knowledge of twelve-step programs and recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary case manager for identified clients, providing targeted support and interventions.
• Provide individual and group substance use treatment and support.
• Participate in assessments and treatment planning with clients and the team.
• Ensure consumer safety by implementing crisis intervention techniques when necessary
• Utilize a team based approach to support and services, collaborating with colleagues and actively participating in daily meetings.
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage and evening shifts to ensure 24/7 support for clients

Eliot is seeking a strong, experienced Substance Abuse Case Manager to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to develop and facilitate dual diagnosis groups, as well as provide individualized substance use treatment and support. A thorough understanding of twelve step programs is required. Candidates must also possess demonstrated knowledge of principles related to consumer empowerment and recovery-oriented care.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with a standing 12pm-8pm shift, including rotating weekends and on-call.

Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase

$48,000 - $48,000 USD
