Job summary

Hunting Energy Services in Stafford, Texas is seeking a De-Burr/Polish/Clean Technician in our Subsea Division to de-burr, polish, and clean hydraulic coupling bodies and components to the highest quality.

You will operate Mag-deburring and Comco Micro-Blaster systems, perform maintenance, and work with Lean teams to improve flow and throughput while complying with safety and QA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating deburring and finishing equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and follow quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Understand operation of Ramco and Blackstone Cleaning Systems and water cleanliness testing.
• Perform daily maintenance on machines and manage water/chemicals as needed.
• Communicate with leads, supervisors, and planners to keep routers and schedules accurate.
• Understand tooling and evaluate wear limits for change as required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of a micrometer, caliper, and profilometer.
• Support Lean initiatives with Planning, Quality and peers to improve throughput.
