Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in consumer subscription business, preferably media.
• Solid grasp of subscription funnel economics.
• Strong, clear writer who can craft copy that converts.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Define user journey to drive paid subscription conversion onsite and via email.
• Develop lifecycle communications including welcome and retention series.
• Track and report on core subscription metrics.
• Translate data into recommendations and share findings with stakeholders.
