Amazon Music Unlimited seeks a Senior Product Manager, Tech to own the end-to-end subscription tech stack, from signup to entitlement provisioning, across geographies. You will launch new subscription plans, build monetization capabilities, and drive compliance with federal and regional rules.

You will shape the platform architecture, configure plans, and partner with legal to ensure scalable, compliant customer experiences at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical product or program management.
2+ years delivering end-to-end products.
Bachelor's degree required.
Able to contribute to engineering tech decisions and strategy.
Experience with feature delivery tradeoffs.
Owns/drives roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Advocates for diverse customers and stakeholders at exec level.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end launch of new subscription plans, pricing tiers and offers across surfaces and geographies.
Build commerce capabilities and monetization primitives for discovery, purchase, and management.
Own full subscription tech flow: signup, plan selection, entitlement provisioning, lifecycle.
Own subscription platform architecture, configuration and extendability for rapid experiments.
Drive compliance for subscription flows, communications, and systems with legal/policy teams.
Define and measure bundle offerings and partner integrations for new channels.
Architect integrations enabling AMU as a benefit within broader Amazon programs.
Drive long-term tech roadmap, reduce debt, and improve reliability at scale.
Author PRFAQs, BRDs, and present to senior leadership.
