This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys working directly with clients to manage subscription lifecycles, from renewals to cancellations. You will serve as a critical point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while balancing company processes and policies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help optimize subscription operations, identify process improvements, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency. The role combines negotiation, analytical thinking, and product expertise, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the organization's mission while developing your skills in subscription management and operations. This is a fully remote, full-time position in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities

  • Manage subscription lifecycles including renewals, downgrades, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth and accurate customer experience
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams such as sales and customer support to resolve subscription discrepancies
  • Develop deep expertise in product offerings and bundled solutions to facilitate contract adjustments and optimize outcomes
  • Conduct negotiations with customers regarding subscription terms and adjustments, balancing customer satisfaction with business goals
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and explore automation opportunities to improve subscription management processes
  • Maintain accurate records in the billing system, including customer contracts, subscription changes, and renewal documentation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support process improvements, reporting, and data-driven decision-making


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in collections, billing, or customer support roles
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage subscription renewals and contract discussions
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities
  • Ability to adapt, multitask, and manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
