SubroIQ is the P&C industry’s premier subrogation solutions provider, offering proprietary technology and industry expertise to maximize recoveries. We provide services in Uninsured Motorist Collections, Referral & Overflow Collections, Applicant & Respondent Arbitration, and Closed File Reviews.

We are seeking a fully remote Litigation Specialist to join our growing team. The role involves working directly with lawyers to research and prepare case documents, briefs, and related tasks prior to trial.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Uphold strict client confidentiality protocols
  • Provide information to clients regarding the viability of pursuing litigation
  • Retain counsel upon client’s request
  • Advise clients on attorneys' legal strategies
  • Monitor attorneys' work to ensure aggressive pursuit of damages and report to clients
  • Ensure timely remittance of funds collected by attorneys
  • Responsible for demand preparation, including balance verification, obtaining supports from client files, and forwarding demands to law firms
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Preferred knowledge of civil legal processes and/or commercial collections
  • Must have Salesforce expertise
  • Understanding of urgency required to maximize recoveries
  • Good computer skills and customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work proactively, and be resourceful
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong client focus; self-starter eager to learn and grow
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $47,000 - $50,000 per year (DOE)
  • Fully remote position with no commuting expenses
  • Benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage
  • 401(k) plan with company matching
  • Starting with 18 days paid time off annually
  • Paid holidays upon hire: 7 standard holidays & 2 floating holidays
