The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctorate and a license to practice law in Kentucky, along with excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 and various benefits including health coverage and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• License to practice law in the state of residence.
• 1+ years of experience in personal injury, criminal, or civil law preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across all organization levels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
