• Ensure cases are aged appropriately and handled on schedule.
• Demonstrate professionalism with contacts.
• Maximize collection efforts and collaboration with analytics.
• Maintain complete documentation of activity.
• Submit claims for referral.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
