Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience (4+ years) preferred.
• Experience in insurance claims, subrogation, TPL, workers’ compensation, or legal admin preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume claim files and maintain detailed documentation.
• Professional and service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks for active health plan recovery cases.
• Answer inbound inquiries related to claims, liens, and coverage questions.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance carriers, and claim representatives.
• Send notices, updates, and follow-up on documentation or missing materials.
• Support case monitoring, flagging coverage or liability concerns.
• Maintain case notes and communication logs in recovery systems.
• Track reimbursements and escalate delays as needed.
