Job summary

Levare U.S., Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to assemble, install and commission Electric Submersible Pumping systems at well sites in Midland, TX.

You will calculate system parameters, input into motor controllers and HMI, and perform preventive maintenance with on-site troubleshooting limited to HMI settings. You will maintain customer relationships, report field data, and support the sales team with market feedback.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of electrical experience required.
• 2 years of submersible pump experience preferred.
• Formal training on basic ESP or VSD.
• CPR certification required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work on remote locations without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and commission ESP systems, including downhole and surface equipment.
• Calculate horsepower, head and performance; apply pump affinity laws and KVA/voltage concepts.
• Input control parameters into motor controllers and HMI; limited VSD troubleshooting.
• Deliver on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain equipment and tools; complete field service tickets promptly for invoicing.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with manuals and driving policy.
• Travel daily to wells and remote sites; work overtime as needed.
