Qualifications

• Submarine Warfare Officer qualification with 3–5 years of operational submarine experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to multi-task and address client questions.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative concepts of operations and capability plans for surface and undersea warfare analysis and translate them into written and graphical descriptions.
• Conduct military effectiveness analyses of alternative capabilities to inform requirements, programs, and acquisition planning.
• Support and eventually lead the development and employment of analysis tools and briefing results to top-level government decision makers.
