Zusammenfassung

General Dynamics Electric Boat in North Stonington, CT seeks a Stowage Logistics Tech Aide (LTA) to support creation, management, and maintenance of stowage data for new construction submarines. You will interface with ILS Program Representatives and Engineers to validate, upload, and monitor data in the Stowage Detail File (SDF), and coordinate turnover to SUPSHIP prior to certification.

Reporting to the D422 Integrated Logistics Support Stowage Supervisor, this on-site role in North Stonington

Qualifikationen

High school diploma/GED or higher.
4 years of equivalent military or commercial logistics experience, or 4 years of EB Design experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

Update and maintain hull specific stowage data in logistics information systems for VA and CLB classes.
Research part information using EB CPC and other applications.
Generate stowage data delivery packages for Ships Force and SUPSHIP.
Coordinate with Program Reps and Engineers on complex stowage issues.
Track SDF Change Forms and StowI forms per MDD-00096 and MDD-02177.
Evaluate design changes for impacts to ship stowage and report ER review status.
