308140 Technical Collection IC System Engineer

CCI is seeking a System Engineer to support a classified project with a focused on engineering and operational support, requiring unique access and targets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Planning, directing, and coordinating engineering requirements and mission development projects, supporting both rapid and long-term objectives in a collaborative environment.
  2. Engaging with the customer to ensure systems meet operational requirements.
  3. Facilitating stakeholder sessions to identify business needs, develop technology solutions, and gather data using established workflows.
  4. Managing business cases, project reviews, procurement, and implementation activities, including hands-on solution architecture and client management.
  5. Planning and managing long-term engineering projects and setting strategic objectives for future user requirements.
  6. Performing system integration planning and interfacing with other functional areas to ensure timely implementation of solutions.
  7. Collaborating with the Program Manager on performance metrics and project delivery.
  8. Supporting program activities related to service provisioning, design, installation, maintenance, and billing.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with development and deployment of technical collection systems in challenging environments
  • 10 years of system engineering experience within the IC, with familiarity in naval and submarine systems
  • Proven experience in managing government enterprise IT environments and defining measurable metrics for progress monitoring

Pay Range:

The salary range is $85,800 - $180,200, influenced by various factors including location, experience, skills, and education. CACI offers comprehensive benefits supporting health, wellness, retirement, and education. Learn more here.
