Qualifications

• 4-year degree in science or business required.
• 3+ years Electric Boat experience, OR 1+ years of either Continuous Improvement or Lean Six Sigma experience.
• 1+ years of project management experience with analytical problem-solving techniques.
• Must complete Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training and certification.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist organizations in identifying, planning, and implementing Process Improvements and Lean Six Sigma Projects.
• Lead teams on projects to improve safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.
• Relay findings and improvements to management and senior leaders.
• Facilitate and lead meetings with leadership positions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma approaches to achieve process excellence.
