Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) seeks an experienced Subject Matter Expert - ISO to join our Washington, D.C. on-site team.

The SME will lead ISO documentation and related international standards, identify and resolve issues that affect service quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time, on-site role contingent upon contract award. JST offers a full benefits package, a strong culture, and support for veterans and military spouses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Master's degree in related field or 16 years' experience.
• ISO credentials (Six Sigma/Lean) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead ISO documentation and related international standards.
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems affecting service quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• SME to lead documentation and other international documentation standards.
• CA/PPT requires demonstrated expertise in ISO skills.
• Expert to identify, analyze, and solve problems that may affect the quality of services.

Qualification & Skills

• Minimum 10 specific years' experience
• Masters Degree in related field or 16 years experience.
• ISO credential 6 Signma (Lean)

Required Clearances And Screenings

• Active Secret clearance is required
• MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
