LILT is seeking experienced finance and financial services professionals to contribute as independent contractors on an AI benchmarking project. You will craft real-world, language-specific financial scenarios and review scoring rubrics to ensure high-quality, regulation-aligned outputs.

As a contractor, you control your schedule and workload. The work is remote, flexible, and well-compensated, with a focus on accuracy and professionalism across finance domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis)
• Native in the target language with strong professional English proficiency
• Familiarity with regulatory environments and financial products/frameworks in the target locale
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in the target language with high attention to detail

About The Opportunity

What to Consider Before Applying

• Not ideal as a full time job or primary income source. Work availability fluctuates with project demand, making this better suited as a supplemental income stream. As a 1099 contractor, you won’t receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement contributions, and hours are not guaranteed.

• Requires reliable availability and commitment. Once you accept a task, we expect quality work and on-time delivery. Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week. If your schedule is unpredictable, this may not be the right fit.

• Geographic restrictions may apply. We cannot engage contractors in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions. As a 1099 contractor, you are solely responsible for your own tax obligations. We recommend consulting a tax professional before engaging.
