This Position is Remote.


Typical Salary for this position is $71.00 per hour.

About the Team and Role


The Team: The Knowledge Management (KM) Team helps Alutiiq, LLC (Alutiiq) and its subsidiaries achieve organizational objectives by making the best use of our corporate knowledge. We provide efficient handling of information and resources within the company. There are three main areas of focus:



  • Accumulating knowledge

  • Storing knowledge

  • Sharing knowledge


The KM Team is the primary communications source for Strategic Support Services. We support all levels of the Alutiiq corporation, including senior management, Strategic Operations, Legal and Small Business Liaison offices, and subsidiary presidents.


The KM Team provides technical communications and data management expertise. We drive content development for capture and proposal efforts with responsibility across multiple, concurrent projects


The Role: APC's Knowledge Management SME reports to the Knowledge Management Director. You will cover multiple roles for our team on a PT/OC basis, including technical research, strategic intelligence, proposal/sources sought/RFI/whitepaper writing and editing, red/gold reviewer for technical proposals, contributor to proposal solutioning sessions, subsidiary cut sheets, and other technical communication products as needed; and other duties as assigned.







REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:



  • High level of proficiency in writing, editing, and technical research.

  • Demonstrated experience with the full Microsoft Office suite of products.

  • Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill.

  • Excellent skills in writing, editing, research, presentation, and interpersonal communication.

  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously work multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate orally effectively and succinctly and written on a broad spectrum of topics.

  • Must have experience of working in a corporate/business-focused environment with the Federal Government

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully see projects through to completion.

  • Knowledge of the corporate structure of an ANC preferred.

  • 20+ years of professional experience in a variety of technical areas of expertise, including business process review & engineering, technology leadership, large-scale project management, policy & strategy development, operational analysis, operational performance metrics, business development, and marketing.

  • At a minimum, Bachelor of Science in Management and Master of Business Administration.
