Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
- Develop RFQ packages, including SOW, subcontract, quality, certifications, CDRLs, schedule, specifications, etc., consistent with the Company’s Government Purchasing Manual.
- Collaborate with program team members to ensure accuracy and completeness from a technical perspective.
- Negotiate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontracts with suppliers and service providers supporting the FAA program.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual and operational risks and options for mitigation.
- Review quotes from the subcontractors, suppliers and service providers.
- Negotiate orders and contract modifications including SOWs, engineering change proposals, clauses or provisions, etc.
- Manage contracts, deliverables, deadlines, contract terms and conditions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with order management team for order acknowledgements and with procurement team for fulfillment, including measuring performance.
- Manage the subcontract CDRL and schedule.
- Provide subject matter expertise for U.S. Government contracts, including the FAA’s Acquisition Management System (AMS) contract clauses.
- Support contracts team as requested.
- Maintain accurate and complete contract files.
- Ensure compliance with Global Directives, corporate policies, contract provisions and regulatory requirements.
