Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, Florida seeks a Lead Subcontracts Manager to oversee the full life cycle of government subcontracts, from sourcing and strategy through award, cost and schedule management, and closeout. You will collaborate across functions to ensure compliant, timely execution while managing supplier risk and program objectives.

A TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance is required, with 9+ years of related experience or 7+ with a graduate degree (or 13+ without a degree).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supports cross-functional requests and inquiries with Contracts, PMO, BD, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Operations, Logistics, ITAR compliance and Accounts Payable.
• Supports business development activities on new pursuits and proposals by initiating the Subcontract Process and performing due diligence on potential bidders.
• Reviews technical SOWs, understands work scope, and ensures clarity and reduces ambiguity in SOW language and requirements.
• Negotiates legal documents (NDA, Teaming Agreements, Terms and Conditions) per signature authority.
• May prepare PO/Subcontracts compliant packages as required.
