Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to own the full lifecycle of high‑value subcontracts, from RFP through award, execution, and closeout.

You will draft SOWs and SDRLs, lead commercial negotiations, support prime captures, and ensure FAR/DFARS, CAS, ITAR compliance while coordinating with contracts, engineering, program management, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing high-complexity, full-lifecycle subcontracts across multi-discipline programs.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CAS, and ITAR compliance.
• Onsite in Costa Mesa, CA (relocation supported if not already local).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the full subcontract lifecycle: RFP through closeout for high-value subcontracts.
• Draft and manage SOWs and SDRLs aligned to negotiated scope and drive change when scope shifts.
• Lead commercial negotiations and document FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Support prime proposal captures with flowdowns, schedules, and subcontract evaluations.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and conduct variance investigations.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, legal, contracts, proposal, and procurement teams.
• Improve and scale subcontracting processes to handle growing volume while maintaining compliance.
• Maintain compliance with FAR/DFARS, CAS, ITAR, and internal government-contracting requirements.
