Qualifications

• Currently serving active duty military and eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.
• Typically 2+ years of relevant experience (higher education may substitute).

Responsibilities

• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for specialized procurement.
• Prepare bid packages, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend new subcontractors, and administer subcontracts.
• Administer standard agreements such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M) through the full contract lifecycle.
• Lead minor to moderate negotiations of terms, price, and schedule, and monitor subcontractor performance.
