You will manage the full lifecycle of global subcontracts, master services agreements, and supply terms while working directly with Orlando leadership and internal teams. Our business has a worthy cause, the work we do has an actual impact on making the world a safer place.

You will be a key liaison across Procurement, Legal, PMO, and Export teams—drafting agreements, negotiating supplier terms, supporting U.S. Small Business Subcontracting programs, and ensuring compliance with federal regulatory requirements.

  • You proactively take on complex subcontract issues and work to resolve them, aiming for long-term operational success.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in government contracting, procurement, or defense acquisitions, backed by a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in law, contracts, or business. • You take ownership of your work, manage internal approvals effectively, and negotiate terms across diverse products and services.
  • You bring critical thinking, excellent writing and editing skills, and keen attention to detail to a fast-paced environment.
  • You are comfortable managing multiple agreements simultaneously and working independently with all levels of management.
Nice to have:
  • Professional contracts certificates (e.g., NCMA or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with export compliance and regulations (EAR/ITAR, GDPR, DEFCON).
  • Willingness to learn laws and procurement regulations of key international regions (UK, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Australia).
