Qualifications

• Experience installing roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors, or baths/showers.
• Craftsmanship and pride in workmanship.
• Effective communication with clients and teams.
• Willingness to learn and grow and expand your business.
• Minimum 1+ years of installation or plumbing experience.
• Be properly licensed, bonded, and insured; LLC or Corporation status; own tools and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install projects as part of a steady workflow with DaBella and partners.
• Maintain high craftsmanship and reliability on every job.
• Collaborate with DaBella sales and operations to coordinate installations.
• Grow your contracting business with DaBella's marketing and support.
