You will own the DD-254 lifecycle end to end, ensure subcontractor security posture, and coordinate with government counterparts to meet high security standards. This role requires a US Citizen and an active TS/SCI with polygraph, with responsibilities spanning issuance of DD-254s, flow-down

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial/personnel security or subcontract security administration experience.
• Working knowledge of the NISPOM (32 CFR 117) and DD-254 administration.
• Experience maintaining security records and access rosters.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Issue, maintain, and track subcontractor DD-254s and verify security requirement flow-down to partners.
• Monitor subcontractor security compliance and coordinate self-inspections and corrective actions.
• Maintain access rosters, visit certifications, and need-to-know verification for subcontractor personnel.
• Coordinate with the Government PSO and prime security team on subcontractor security matters.
