Dynamic in Texas partners with licensed electrical subcontractors to install residential solar, storage, and electrical upgrades, focusing on high-quality craft and safe field execution.

We offer a steady project pipeline, back-office support, and competitive per-project pay. If you have a licensed Master or Journeyman Electrician and a reliable crew, you can lead turnkey solar PV installs, MPU upgrades, and Sonnen storage projects across the Greater Houston Area.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician License.
• Strong background in residential electrical work.
• 1+ years of experience in residential solar PV installation.
• Direct experience with Sonnen battery storage systems.
• Reliable commercial vehicle, tools, ladders, and PPE.
• Ability to pull local permits.
• Active General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance.
• Commitment to safety, clear communication, and punctual crew management.

Responsibilities

• Solar PV installations: turnkey mounting, wiring, and commissioning.
• Service upgrades & tie-ins: MPUs, subpanels, interlocks, and utility tie-ins.
• Electrical execution: conduit bending, wire management, and device wiring.

The Opportunity

Are you a licensed Master or Journeyman Electrician with a reliable crew looking for a consistent, high-volume project pipeline?

Dynamic is seeking skilled subcontractor teams to lead residential solar installations, electrical service upgrades, and energy storage integrations. When you partner with Dynamic, you focus on high-quality craft and field execution—we handle the project pipeline, customer acquisition, and back-office coordination.

Core Responsibilities

• Solar PV Installations: Turnkey mounting, wiring, and commissioning of residential solar PV systems according to custom engineering designs.
• Service Upgrades & Tie-Ins: Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs), subpanel installations, generator interlocks, and utility tie-ins.
• Electrical Execution: Conduit bending, clean wire management, equipment mounting, and device wiring to meet high aesthetic and safety standards.
• Energy Storage & Smart Systems: Installation of advanced residential battery storage solutions (Sonnen system experience preferred).
• Code & Compliance: Ensure all completed work strictly complies with National Electrical Code (NEC), local municipal standards, and utility guidelines.
• Site Management & Inspections: Coordinate required inspections, resolve punch-list items promptly, and maintain professional, safe job sites.

What We Look For

• Licensing: Valid Texas Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician License.
• Experience:
  • Strong background in residential electrical work (Required).
  • 1+ years of experience in residential solar PV installation (Strongly Preferred).
  • Direct experience with Sonnen battery storage systems (Preferred).
• Operational Readiness:
  • Reliable commercial vehicles, tools, ladders, and PPE.
  • Capability to pull local permits as needed.
  • Active General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance coverage.
