Dynamic invites licensed Texas electricians with reliable crews to join a high-volume residential solar project pipeline. As a subcontractor partner, you lead installation work while Dynamic handles project intake, scheduling, and back-office coordination.

We value safe practices, prompt communication, and quality workmanship. Eligible teams hold Master or Journeyman licenses, have suitable vehicles and PPE, and can pull permits locally to accelerate project start times.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Texas Master Electrician or Journeyman license.
• Strong background in residential electrical work.
• 1+ year solar PV installation experience preferred.
• Direct experience with Sonnen battery storage systems preferred.
• Ability to pull local permits and coordinate crews.

Responsibilities

• Solar PV installations: turnkey mounting, wiring, commissioning per designs.
• Service upgrades and tie-ins: MPU upgrades, subpanels, interlocks, utility ties.
• Electrical execution: conduit bending, wire management, equipment mounting.
• Energy storage & smart systems: install residential battery storage solutions.
• Code & compliance: NEC, local standards, and utility guidelines.
• Site management & inspections: coordinate inspections and maintain safe sites.

Are you a licensed Master or Journeyman Electrician with a reliable crew looking for a consistent, high-volume project pipeline?

Dynamic is seeking skilled subcontractor teams to lead residential solar installations, electrical service upgrades, and energy storage integrations. When you partner with Dynamic, you focus on high-quality craft and field execution—we handle the project pipeline, customer acquisition, and back-office coordination.

Core Responsibilities

• Solar PV Installations: Turnkey mounting, wiring, and commissioning of residential solar PV systems according to custom engineering designs.
• Service Upgrades & Tie-Ins: Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs), subpanel installations, generator interlocks, and utility tie-ins.
• Electrical Execution: Conduit bending, clean wire management, equipment mounting, and device wiring to meet high aesthetic and safety standards.
• Energy Storage & Smart Systems: Installation of advanced residential battery storage solutions (Sonnen system experience preferred).
• Code & Compliance: Ensure all completed work strictly complies with National Electrical Code (NEC), local municipal standards, and utility guidelines.
• Site Management & Inspections: Coordinate required inspections, resolve punch-list items promptly, and maintain professional, safe job sites.

What We Look For

• Licensing: Valid Texas Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician License.
• Experience:
  • Strong background in residential electrical work (Required).
  • 1+ years of experience in residential solar PV installation (Strongly Preferred).
  • Direct experience with Sonnen battery storage systems (Preferred).
• Operational Readiness:
  • Reliable commercial vehicles, tools, ladders, and PPE.
  • Capability to pull local permits as needed.
  • Active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage.
• Standards: Dedication to safety, clear communication, punctual crew management, and exceptional customer interactions.
