Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Subaru technician or strong import dealership experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Subaru Select Monitor (SSM) preferred.
- ASE Certifications are a plus (we'll help you maintain them).
- Commitment to quality workmanship and fixing vehicles right the first time.
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Diagnose and repair Subaru mechanical and electrical systems.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining manufacturer standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and major engine repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation.
- Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors.
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Stay current on Subaru technology, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
