Job summary

Olympia Subaru is seeking a dedicated Subaru Service Technician to join our service department. The position offers modern facilities, ongoing manufacturer training, and a path for career growth within the Gee Automotive family.

You will perform inspections and repairs to factory standards, stay updated on Subaru systems, and contribute to a team focused on quality service and customer satisfaction. A strong work ethic and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
• Subaru experience or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use dealership software systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
• Document all repair recommendations and completed work accurately.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs.
