Job summary

Kocourek Subaru is seeking motivated B/C-level automotive technicians to build skills, learn Subaru systems, and grow into advanced repair roles. A foundation in automotive repair with a willingness to learn will be developed through hands-on work and factory training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automotive or mechanical experience (employment or technical education).
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Willingness to learn, take coaching, and develop new skills.
• Dependable work ethic with attention to detail.
• Team-first attitude and pride in quality work.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and light-to-medium repairs.
• Assist with diagnostics and more advanced repairs as skills grow.
• Learn Subaru systems and repair procedures through factory training.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure quality repairs and customer experience.
• Complete work safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
