Qualifications

• At least one year of automotive or mechanical experience through employment or technical education.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and light-to-medium automotive repairs.
• Assist with diagnostics and more advanced repairs as your skills grow.
• Learn Subaru systems, technology, and repair procedures through hands-on experience and factory training.
• Work with technicians and service advisors to deliver quality repairs and a positive customer experience.
• Complete work safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
