Job summary

Groove Subaru Co. in Englewood, Colorado is seeking a Certified Subaru Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of Subaru models, ensuring quality and adherence to manufacturer standards and delivering a great customer experience.

You will diagnose, document findings, conduct multi-point inspections, stay updated on recalls and bulletins, and collaborate with service advisors and parts to keep workflow efficient and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years automotive technician experience required.
• Current ASE certifications or factory certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with the ability to repair all vehicle systems.
• Must own a complete set of automotive tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer and inventory vehicles.
• Complete manufacturer-recommended services and warranty repairs according to factory specifications.
• Accurately document repair findings, recommendations, and completed services in the dealership’s repair order system.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate results to service advisors.
• Maintain shop equipment and personal tool inventory in excellent working condition.
• Stay current on manufacturer technical bulletins, recalls, and training requirements.
• Ensure all work meets dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the service advisor and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
