• Maintain restaurant cleanliness daily including tables, floors and utensils.
• Communicate with team and management to create schedules and train staff.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Keep a neat appearance by wearing the uniform and following dress code.
