Job summary

BioTalent seeks Nurse Practitioners for a Sub-Investigator role to support Phase I–IV trials across neuroscience, psychiatry, neurology, acute pain and metabolic disorders. On-site, full-time in Miami, FL.

You will act as the medical provider under the Principal Investigator, perform study visits and evaluations, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, monitor safety, lead the informed consent process, and coordinate with sponsors, IRBs and research staff to drive study execution.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sub-Investigator in industry-sponsored trials preferred.
• Active NP license required.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the medical provider supporting the Principal Investigator in oversight of clinical trials
• Conduct study visits, medical evaluations, and ongoing assessments for research participants
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor participant safety, evaluate adverse events, and provide appropriate medical care
• Lead and oversee the informed consent process to protect participant rights and welfare
• Collaborate with sponsors, study monitors, IRBs, physicians, and research staff throughout the study lifecycle
• Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation, source records, and study-related data
• Support patient recruitment, study enrollment, site operations, audits, and overall trial execution from a clinical and regulatory perspective
